I do simple two-layer cakes to large elaborate cakes. I can do 2D, 3D and also sheet cakes, cupcakes and petit-fours. I can also create beautifully decorated cookies for any occasion!

**Rolled Fondant (Color Upon Request)

*Angel Cloud is a combination of whipping cream, butter, cream cheese and sugar. It is a very light whipped icing/filling and is not too sweet!

**Rolled fondant is a covering over the buttercream on your cake. It gives a smooth finished look to your cake. This is another option that you have depending on the look you are going for on your cake.

***Canoli filling is made from ricotta cheese. It is a very sweet Italian cream that can be made with chocolate chips or dried fruit or without either. It is delicious in a vanilla cake and fresh fruit can be incorporated in between layers with this delicious sweet cream to add extra burst of flavor.
